These phenomena were resulting in the prosperous amount of what we knew as “Boutique or Budget Hotel” start to flourishing here and there.
Jogjakarta is one of the several places in Indonesia where so-called “Boutique or Budget Hotel” flourish, progressed, and well managed. One of This hotel is “Adhisthana.”
Located on Jl. Prawirotaman 2 No.613, Mergangsan, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55153, Adhisthana Hotel is a Boutique hotel with Vintage Rustic concept on Jogjakarta.
This boutique hotel have around 14+ en-suite rooms (fully equipped with Hot and cold shower, toilets, toilet tries, linen bed, free wi-fi, and television).

Regarding Location, this hotel is a real winner. It was only 5 minutes drive from The Royal Palace “Keraton Yogyakarta”, and 10-15 minutes drives from shopping and entertainment district “Malioboro”. Not to mention it is also closed to the “Prawirotaman Traditional Market” which is old but pretty nice to check out.
Just next to this hotel, you could found a small cafe called “LAWAS” which mean “Vintage”, It suits and live Its name since you could establish various vintage Indonesia object here, such as an Old bike. It’s a nice place to kill some time with if you fancy coffee. It also has a nice ambient and vibe. During daylight, this cafe might be a little bit hot. Thus, evening or night might be the best day to visit this cafe.
It is excellent places to spend the night with, that not only have a reasonable budget, but also have a nice service, and good location. I highly recommended you to check out this Hotel if you are planning to visit Jogja, especially if you are the foreigner who looked for a budget-wise place to stay, and interested in exploring local life. It is more than just a brick.
